Veronique AA Lapeyre, Founder of MirrorWaves Collective, is an accredited coach and Action Learning facilitator.

Veronique is interested in activating positive futures for people and communities, and sees coaching as a key transformative tool for world building.

Coaching helps individuals or groups unlock their future ambitions and development. In a supportive space, increase your confidence as you explore different directions, develop life tools and get clear on your goals and create your own plan for achieving them.

Veronique’s coaching practice is a community-orientated model where paid coaching clients (from all backgrounds) support Zanana Coaching to offer affordable/free coaching for the BPOC community.

Veronique practices clean coaching. Clean coaching is a style, strategy, and set of techniques that help individuals gain insight and make changes by exploring their own perspective of themselves and their environment - without outside influence.

Veronique trained through Relational Dynamics 1st in the summer of 2021. Part of the Coaching for Creatives Programme supported by Creative Scotland and Clore Leadership.
